What is the grinding capacity?

It can grind cylinders and bottom blades up to 1067mm (42”).


How automated is the process?

The Jupiter ATI features automatic traverse, indexing, in-feed, cycle countdown, and automatic docking of the wheel head. This allows the operator to set it up and carry out other workshop tasks while it runs independently


How precise is the grinder?

Thanks to its cast bed and linear bed rails with self-adjusting bearings, the Jupiter achieves a traverse accuracy of within 0.05mm (2 Thou.) across the machine width.


What safety features are included?

It includes:

  1. Fully enclosed guard & safety screen
  2. Liquid coolant to prevent heat distortion and minimise airborne dust
  3. Two emergency stop buttons
  4. CE compliance with Health and Safety regulations


What attachments and tools are provided?

The grinder comes with a bearing pack, universal bracket pack, hands-free indexing attachment, twin halogen work lights, 3” wheel head attachment, rotary blade attachment, and an integrated tool store.


Is additional lifting equipment available?

Yes. A 360° electric 200kg hoist with gantry is available, making it easier to handle heavy cutting units and adding versatility for other lifting tasks in the workshop
