Every new Hunter Grinder comes with a two year 'Peace of Mind' manufacturer warranty.

All new Hunter Grinders purchased from an authorised dealer qualify for a two year warranty from date of delivery/installation. Howardson Group Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components that fail during this period. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour.

When you purchase spare parts from Hunter Grinders  your machine and parts are still covered, providing the machine has been serviced according to the correct service schedule outlined in your machine's Operator Manual.

We also provide a  one year warranty for replacement (non-wearing) machine parts.

FAQ

When does the warranty period start?

The warranty period commences on upon delivery/installation of your Hunter Grinder product, and is valid provided the machine is serviced and operated as outlined in your machine's Operator Manual.


What if my Hunter Grinder has a fault?

If you think there is a fault with your machine please speak to your dealer who will be able to help assess and process a warranty claim for you.


How do I arrange for repairs to be completed?

If the claim is approved, your dealer will arrange for the necessary repairs to be completed as well as ordering in any required parts to complete the repair.


What parts / conditions are not covered by the warranty?

Your dealer should be able to provide you with a copy of the warranty policy and a list of exclusions.


What happens when the warranty expires?

When your machine's warranty expires, your dealer will be able to discuss your service and repair options going forward.


Are there circumstances in which a warranty claim would be denied?

Yes. Every claim is assessed on a individual basis but the most common reason for denying a claim include:

- The parts used in previous repairs or that are connected to the fault outlined in the claim are found to not be genuine OEM parts.

- Previous servicing and repair are found to have not been completed by an approved Hunter Grinder service technician.

- Damage has occurred due to improper use of the machine, accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire or other natural external causes.

- The parts perceived to be at fault are parts that fall under 'fair wear and tear' and are outlined in our list of exclusions.
