Hunter Grinder training is provided by a fully qualified and experienced service engineer who has over 40 years experience in the industry.

Our training options are very flexible and the service engineer instructor can cater for most requirements, examples of courses available:

• Single day course for up to 3 operators
• Two Day course for a up to 6 operators

Topics include:

• Machine safety
• Efficient use of the grinder
• Grinding techniques for bottom blades, spin grinding, full relief grinding and spin and relief grinding
• Manual and automatic use of the machine
• Machine maintenance including coolant changing, greasing bearings, etc
• Changing the grinding wheel including ‘dressing the wheel’ (front and side face) and balance of the wheel etc

Once the course is successfully completed attendees receive a certificate of competence. Hunter Grinder training is available to new customers upon purchase of machine as well as existing customers with new staff or refresher training.
